I’d log a few moods a day, then filter them and suddenly see where the real problems were. The AI assistant surprised me too. Felt pointless at first, but once I started working with it on its terms, it actually helped me dig into things I was avoiding.

“It was scary, but the moment I spoke up, everything shifted. Not outside — inside. The weight just lifted.”

What early testers say after a month with Ayla.
I collected 14 memories in my first month, and I would’ve called it an ordinary month before. Turns out a lot of warmth slips by when you’re not paying attention. Logging mood a few times a day became something I actually look forward to.
The widgets and the bright, warm design genuinely helped me slip into a bad mood less often. Even the goofy app icon made me smile sometimes. Loved how easy it is to set your mood several times a day and sort through it all later. Wish I could create my own tags though. So thoughtful that they added data transfer from the beta app so nothing was lost <3
